Your bedrooms both have new Queensize Beds, the master with a generous ensuite enhanced privacy and the second with its own access to the big balcony from a large sliding door let you choose the environment that best fits your needs. Built in robes in each room offer you excellent storage spaces for those longer stays.
Summertime living is made easy with outdoor furniture providing an external dinning option whist a big 55HDTV lets you enjoy Netflix and Free-To-Air at your leisure
Guest Requirements:
1. All Adult Guests are Required to Provide Government Issued Photo ID
2. A redacted copy of the credit card used to make the booking payment
3. A selfie of you and your government ID
4. All of the above requirements must be completed before you will be registered with the Keyless Entry System and access your apartment
A Guest Services Member will be available to deliver your Car Stacker Usage Induction once a booking is requested and confirmed.

Your transport options include Melbourne’s famous tram system which is right outside the building or by accessing the freeway and road network. You are also just walking distance away from cafes, convenience store and the fabulous Queens Park which includes a public accessible swimming pool. Moonee Ponds Central is just 700 meters away and offers you all major supermarkets and numerous variety stores.
How Guests Access the Car Stacker
1. Advice your host that you will need to access the ca stacker and provide the registration number and make and model of your vehicle and if it has any modifications as we need to confirm the car will fit the system. If it does not then you can not use the car stacker
2. You will be required to undertake an Induction into the system. The Induction Fee is $55 and paid on the day to your Inductor.
3. After induction, you will be given the Key Fob - controls the rear garage door and your pallet in the car stacker as well as a key to the foyer door (ensure door is closed after use to ensure no unregistered guests access the parking and storage area)

It is Your Responsibility to Check & Confirm the dimensions of your vehicle before using the Car Stacker

Maximum Length: 5 metres
Max Height: 1.6 to 1.7 metres.
Apartments 105 and 301 – max height 1.6m
Apartments 205 and 303 – max height 1.7m
4. You Must Confirm your vehicle meets dimension limits of the system when physically used
5. User Responsibility
The Guest/User’s is responsibile for affirming that their vehicle is compliant with the system allowances prior to using the system. The Guest/User must check their vehicle dimensions before booking their accommodation and prior to physically using the Car Stacker. Using the Car Stacker is at undertaken at your OWN RISK, and you are liable for any and all damage, be it to your vehicle, the stacker system, the building or 3rd Party Property.
The system is best suited to Small to Medium Size Cars and some Small SUV’s (no roof racks). However, this is not a guarantee of suitability.
Bigger vehicles such as People Movers, Sports Utilities, big Sedans and full and medium size SUVS/4x4s cannot use the Car Stacker.
If there is a fault with the Car Stacker, the Service and Support contact mobile number is under the car stacker control box.
