This modern yet cozy 1 bedroom unit guarantees you a goodnight sleep with the comfiest pillowtop bed, plush pillows and duvet. In the closet you will find a floor mattress & extra beddings for an extra guest.
The full kitchen flows nicely into bright dining area and living room where a sofa bed is provided for another extra guest. It also has a room darkening shade if you prefer more privacy. Also features a smart tv where you can watch netflix or disney channel.

- cooking essentials (plates, wine glasses, coffee mugs, spoon forks, pots and pans, cooking tools, knives, cutting board, cork screw, can opener, bowls)

Also comes a dedicated workspace where you can focus on work if you are on a business trip.
Insuite washer / dryer is also available with laundy detergent.

HOUSE RULES:
-Strictly no parties
-No pets allowed
-No outdoor shoes inside the unit
-No unregistered guest allowed to stay overnight
-Late check out or early check in is per approval prior to booking
-$50 for every hour past check out time
-$100 for every undisclosed guest
-$150 for lost or unreturned key fob
-Quiet hours begin at 10pm
-Any signs of use of drugs or smoking or vaping will be fined a minimum of $250
-Any signs of blocking or damaging of security cameras will be fined a minimum of $250
-Violation of any house rule will be fined $250
-$250 for service animal
***Government issued MAY BE asked from all guests. For guests with no reviews or bad reviewis IT IS REQUIRED upon confirmation of booking***
-To ensure noise levels are controlled unit may have noise alert monitoring system
-To ensure safety there is cameras at front and back door.
