The living room has an additional sofa bed and gas fireplace. The sunny enclosed atrium balcony is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. Large fully equipped kitchen and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows. The condo also features in-suite laundry and two parking spaces.
There is a large selection of restaurants located on the harbour or within a block in all directions, so you may never decide to dine in. Or you might enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and feel as though you are a resident of this beautiful city! For vacation rental, business travellers, relocating families or just a visit to Vancouver, this condo is ideally located within walking distance of all of Vancouver's attractions and the transportation hubs to get you further afield.
