It offers two bedrooms, both with double beds, fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and fridge; dining and living area and one full bathroom with a shower. Combining modern and traditional elements, travelers can enjoy their time in this well appointed accommodation fit for 4 guests.

From the building entrance there are 32 steps to reach the apartment on the second floor. Located in the heart of the Old town, the apartment is within a couple minutes walking distance from all historical sights such as the city walls, St. Blaise church , monasteries, Onofrio fountain, Rector's palace etc. Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, grocery stores, open market and the famous Banje beach are also within walking distance so all travelers can make the most of their time in the city when everything is within easy reach. For travelers who are looking for a more relaxing place to swim and relax under the sun, Old town port offers frequent boat line during spring and summer time to the nearby Lokrum island.
The apartment can be combined with properties Amelie 1, Amelie 2, Amelie 3 and Amelie 4(located in the same and next door building) to accommodate a total of 14 guests.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
