This is a smoke allowed apartment. For non smokers: apartment is fully ventilated between each guest arrivals so there is no smoke smell.
It’s not suitable for pets.
We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.
Except that - just enjoy your stay here!
Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.
**** Guest access:
You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its balcony.
Outside fireplace in the yard of the house, together with table and chairs is free too use and is shared with guests of our other three apartments.
You will get a parking spot in the yard of the house free of charge.
**** Interaction with guests:
If you need anything I'm here to help.
Otherwise, you'll have you own peace in the apartment.
