Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet hillside location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site. Raclette grill and fondue by arrangement. Breakfast and dinner possible in the restaurant 150 m from the property. Please inquire on-site upon arrival.

Rokytnice nad Jizerou, 620 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Holiday Flats CSR RIG 133 (7 people), CSR RIG 134 (2 people), CSR RIG 135 (4 persons) and CSR RIG 193 (4 persons) are located in the same building. The property has also a hairdressing salon. Access is via a side road (unpaved, length 70 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking is available on the property.
