Cottage with a very large wooden terrace, both covered and open, almost all around and overlooking fields and plenty of space on the large double plot. The house contains an open kitchen with living room, which contains i.a. stove, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. Toilet with sink and shower. Washing machine in bathroom. There is radio, free wireless, internet, TV with German and Danish channels. Bed distribution is with two rooms with double beds and plenty of space in the alcove. Not far to good beach and fishing opportunities. Fantastic delicious terrace with plenty of space to sunbathe and grill in the good evenings. Free access to Svømmecenter Falster and Nordfalster Svømmecenter. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
