This charming holiday home next to a small olive grove has been recently renovated and offers plenty of space and comfort to make your stay pleasant. On the ground floor you have a spacious living room with sitting and dining area, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with shower. Two more bedrooms and a second bathroom with bathtub are on the upper floor. One of the two bedrooms has its own balcony where you can enjoy the first rays of the sun. On the covered terrace, in a peaceful setting, you can taste your meals prepared on the barbecue. Located at the gates of the Pre-Alps Regional Natural Park, Le Tignet is a small, quiet Provençal village, far from the hustle and bustle of the Côte d'Azur. From February, enjoy the enchanting scent of the famous mimosa! Mountain bike or hiking tours and swimming in the lake of Saint-Cassien are on the programme of your stay. About 3 km from your holiday home is the starting point of the circular hiking trail "Val de Siagne", which leads hikers to the banks of the river Siagne. The nearby film festival town of Cannes is certainly the most fashionable meeting place on the French Riviera, one of the most beautiful coastal landscapes in Europe. The wonderful sunny climate, the long sandy beaches, the palm-lined promenade La Croisette and the beautiful panoramic view of the harbour from the castle promise unforgettable holidays. Antibes-Juan-les-Pins (between Cannes and Nice) is also one of the most famous holiday destinations of the Côte d'Azur and offers a 25 km long sandy or pebble beach, but also hidden bays, 5 marinas, a rich cultural offer and romantic atmosphere in the old town. The legendary Jazz Festival in July has been a meeting place for the greatest jazz musicians for years.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups are not allowed. The fireplace / stove shown in the photos cannot be used, it is only used for decoration. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Access is via an unpaved road.
