The house
Located in the heart of the Périgord, the Gîte Laulerie, with a surface area of about 80 m², can accommodate 6 people. It is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A bright living room with a large bay window giving direct access to the garden. It is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV, a wood stove and a dining table.
- An open kitchen, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, etc...
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: large bedroom with a double bed (140cm), cupboards and a large bay window overlooking the garden.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed 140 with cupboard.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90cm) and large cupboards.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin, drying rack and hairdryer.
- Separate WC
Outside :
- Large private garden without opposite, about 250 m², west facing. garden table and chairs under the arbour.
- Unheated swimming pool (10x5 metres), very well exposed, which guarantees a comfortable temperature in summer. Available from mid-May to the end of October (subject to weather conditions).
It is secured by a fence and is shared with the owners (arrangement with the owners on times that suit you).

For wine lovers, you've come to the right place! Surrounded by organically grown vines, this accommodation is located close to many famous vineyards: Château le Raz, Côtes de Bergerac, Pécharmant, etc... Less than 40 minutes away by car, you will also have access to the magnificent towns of Monbazillac and Saint-Emilion known for their sweet and red wine appellations.
Very quiet and green environment, ideal for a moment of relaxation in the green and discover the vineyards in the surroundings.

Not far from your accommodation, you can also go to one of these three golf courses: the 9-hole golf course of St Méard de Gurçon at 800m (ideal for beginners, equipment can be lent), the 27-hole golf course of Château des Vigiers at 19km and the 18-hole golf course of Grand St Emilion at 22km.
