Well-equipped, Le Franklin is on the 1st floor, accessible by a staircase. Right in the heart of Bordeaux, you'll enjoy every comfort for an unforgettable stay. Just a stone's throw from Rue Sainte Catherine, shops, restaurants and the tramway, it offers you the following amenities:
- A magnificent living room (45 mยฒ) with sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV.
- A large dining table with 6 stools
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: refrigerator, induction hob, microwave oven, traditional oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and numerous kitchen utensils...
- A pleasant, large master suite with queen-size bed (160ร200), a large dressing room and a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower.
- A beautiful separate office area, equipped with a chair and numerous electrical outlets for working in complete tranquillity
- Two separate toilets
An iron and ironing board are also available for your convenience.
The Place des Grands Hommes and its market was built in 1860 by the famous architect Charles Burguet, to provide local residents with fresh produce. In 1988, the square was renovated on the initiative of Chaban Delmas, Mayor of Bordeaux at the time.
Today the market is closed, but numerous shops, restaurants and bars enliven this district.
Transportation :
- If you choose to come by car, the Grands Hommes parking lot is 50 m away.
- Line C "Grand Thรฉรขtre" is 50 m away on foot.
- Free Vcub bike rental station 100 m away, making it easy to visit and get around Bordeaux.
- Nearest train station: Bassens, about 31 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux about 30 minutes by car

- Wifi is accessible and free of charge
- Quality sheets, towels and tea towels are provided, as well as a few coffee capsules, and your bed is made up on arrival.
- Charges are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
