You will be seduced by this comfortable and charming townhouse of 110 m², fitted out in a restored farmhouse, located in the pretty village of Gouaix (1,500 inhabitants), only 10 km from Provins classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and at the border of the Aube and Yonne departments, ideal for trips in Burgundy.
The house is arranged like a loft, and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room with a lounge-dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a master suite with a double bed and a bathroom in the bedroom, a study with a sofa that converts into a double bed.

- Master suite with attic, with electric double bed 160 x 200 cm, TV. Shower cabin, washbasin and storage space. Toilet in the room separated by a screen.
- On the mezzanine, office space with a table and an armchair. Sofa convertible into a double bed.
