The accommodation is composed as follows:
In the basement :
- A laundry room.
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa bed.
- A kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine... and dining area.
- Separate toilet.
- Via the garden terrace access you will have the possibility to access a bedroom within a cabin with a queen-size bed (160×200).
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200). A baby bed is also available
- A bathroom with shower and dryer
- Separate toilet.
Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed garden, not shared, of 200 m² facing East/West.
- Two terraces, one at the front and one at the back allowing to have East and West exposures, with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, hammock, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Argenteuil, in a very pleasant environment in a quiet suburban neighborhood close to downtown and public transportation. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Former Mecca of impressionism which welcomed Claude Monet, the city of Argenteuil is located in Ile de France on the right bank of the Seine.
- Tourist sites: Montmartre, the island of the city, the Marais, the park of Bagatelle, Saint Germain en Laye, Disney Land Paris...
- Cultural visits: the impressionists' path (the blue route, to discover the landscapes made famous thanks to the paintings), dinner Cruises in Paris (to discover around a good meal the city of Paris), guided tour of Paris and monuments, the Louvre museum...
- Events : Various shows and events throughout the year.
