Beautiful, historical working farm, 3 storeys, from the 19th century, renovated in 2019, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Hohe 5.3 km from the centre of Hehlen, 5 km from the centre of Bodenwerder, in a quiet position, 400 m from the edge of the forest. For shared use: large garden 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the complex: fitness room (extra). Storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra), drying room. Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises, single garage (extra) at the house. Shop 7 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop "Hohe" 20 m, ferry "Hehlen" 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and bar. 2 showers/WC. Top floor: (spiral staircase) open, with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 160 cm with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating. Parquet floors. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
