Beach holiday with cozy evenings in the countryside
Our great-grandfather Herrmann Voigt has acquired the small farm in 1875 and with agriculture and a blacksmith's the farm was continued in two more generations.
Until 1994, the small farm was actively cultivated with arable farming, pig breeding and dairy farming.
We started with the new building in 2014 and have built 4 high quality apartments, completed in 2015.
This holiday home in a beautiful secluded location 6 km from Eckernförder-Strand is a relaxing and quiet place for 4 families.
In the evening, our guests can enjoy the peaceful nature. Hiking and relaxing in the winter. Picnic on the Wittensee 2 km away or a hearty evening at Haby Kroog.
In front of the house is a football and playground of the municipality Haby.
In the large garden you will find a spacious pond and two large terraces per apartment and in the upper area two balconies for our guests. The large balcony is shared by two apartments. The balconies on the gable are for the pure private use of the guests. From the house you can enjoy the view of nature.
In front of the house there is a free car parking space for each apartment.
All apartments are equipped with satellite TV, underfloor heating and modern tasteful bathrooms. Internet access is available for a fee.
The house is provided with renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic and hot water.
Note on accessibility:
On the ground floor only one step as access to the apartment. Everywhere floor-deep showers without a step. The doors have standard construction dimensions.
