Beautiful villa in the charming Natural Reserve of "Piani di Spagna" (for more details google "Pian di Spagna and Lago di Mezzola Natural Reserve") with a beautiful 50 sqm porch, 1200 sqm sunny garden full of flowers and trees, with an amazing sight on a unique landscape. The house can comfortably host up to 8 people (two families or groups).
The villa stands only 70 meters away from the beaches of Lake Como. You can easily access the lakeshore also with your baby's stroller.
You can access the Natural Reserve of "Piani di Spagna" directly from the private garden, having access to more than 40 km of trails, perfect for biking or walking among a well keeped rural landscape surrounded by beautiful mountains.
You can take the Ferry Boat in Colico and travel across the beautiful Lake Como (for more details google "Navigazione Lago di Como").
In Geria Lario you can find a public swimming pool near the lakeshore, accessible at a very cheap daily rate.
In Domaso you can rent various type of motorboats, even 40HPs -no license needed-. From the water, you can get really fantastic views of Lake Como's amazing landscape and world famous villas, such as "Villa del Balbianello", set of many famous movies from "007 Casino Royale" to "Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones ".
