A small family-run holiday home in the idyllic mountain village of Bulla, above Ortisei in Val Gardena. Surrounded by forests, meadows and the majestic Dolomites, we offer you a place to relax, slow down and be active all year round: hiking directly from the house or skiing in the Sella Ronda ski area (just a few minutes away by car).
"Cesa" means "house" in Ladin - and that's exactly what we want to offer you: a place to feel at home, with lots of warmth and a family atmosphere.
We deliberately only rent out two holiday flats - so that you can really relax and enjoy your time away from the hustle and bustle.
As a small family business, personal contact is particularly important to us. We are happy to be there for you if you need tips or recommendations - and will show you the most beautiful places in our home region on request.
You won't find anonymous accommodation here, but genuine hospitality in a family atmosphere.

The Dolomites offer a spectacular backdrop at any time of year. In summer, spring and autumn, well-developed hiking trails and rustic mountain huts invite you to go on extended exploratory tours. Let yourself be enchanted by the breathtaking mountain scenery and clear air. In winter, unlimited skiing fun awaits you in the Dolomiti Superski area with around 1,220 km of perfectly groomed pistes for all levels.
