Nature, relaxation and entertainment are one in the various IJssel Valley!This park is located on the banks of the river IJssel, making it an ideal place for sports. There is a marina where you can moor your boat and an excellent fishing spot, so it is virtually impossible to catch anything! There are cycle paths and junctions throughout the Veluwe and various hiking trails. Don't forget your beach gear, because the park has a recreational lake surrounded by sandy beaches and sun meadows! You can't imagine anything that the Scherpenhof recreation park does not have: a huge indoor playground where children can have fun all day, an indoor and outdoor pool, a cozy bar and a nightclub where everyone is wild, and much more: Bowling - Indoor playground - Marina - Internet (currently only in the main building, free) - Outdoor swimming pool (July 1 / August 31) - Indoor swimming pool - Recreation team - Restaurant - Snack bar - Playground with more than 30 attractions - Sports and game fields - Table tennis - Tennis - Fishing - Laundry and recreation. The strengths of the Recreation Park are: Various water sports and fishing opportunities in and around the park - Near the cities of Apeldoorn, Zutphen and Deventer - National Park De Hoge Veluwe is on your doorstep. Note: The Play Scherpenhof City indoor playground covers around 600 square meters and offers many different attractions such as a trampoline and a 6.5-meter slide. Even for the little ones (children from 1 year old) there is a separate playroom. The guests of the park benefit from free access to the playground.Note: The indoor playground Play Scherpenhof City is closed from 9 December till 15 December.
This fully furnished chalet is suitable for a maximum of four people. This chalet offers a living room with an open kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, an American fridge, a coffee maker, a combi microwave, a dishwasher and a boiler. The living room offers standard equipment such as a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a radio CD player. There are two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a rain shower and a toilet. The terrace outside offers a beautiful view of the IJssel and features garden furniture, a lounge set and a parasol.
The park "Scherpenhof" is located in the triangle Deventer, Apeldoorn and Zutphen. So you can really go wherever you want. To start, you can go to the Hoge Veluwe National Park, an area with beautiful cycling and hiking trails. Then there is the Hanseatic city of Deventer, which is certainly worth a visit. They organize various attractive activities in the summer, such as the summer fair, the 'Deventer Book Fair' and the 'Deventer op palen' theater festival that takes place outdoors. Vaassen and Epe are villages where you can explore. Really nice and interesting attractions that are easily accessible from the Scherpenhof: the zoo "de Apenheul: in Apeldoorn, the royal palace" Het Loo ", the tower" Koningin Juliana ", Walibi World and the Dolphinarium in Harderwijk. If you have your own boat, the Scherpenhof marina is an ideal base for a trip on the IJssel. From the harbor, various Hanseatic cities such as Deventer and Zutphen are close by, as well as the pleasant town of Kampen.
Please note! Restaurant De Steenoven at Recreation Park De Scherpenhof will unfortunately remain closed this entire 2022 season.You can eat at the Bowling. Plaid service is offered here and a snack bar is also located here.- The park reception will contact you after booking to transfer the additional costs in advance so you can check in faster.- The prices include free use of the indoor swimming pool and access to Play City (limited opening in the off season).- All prices include energy and water consumption.- Lonely traveling youngsters under 25 are not allowed in the park.- Pets are not allowed in the bungalows, chalets and mobile homes.- Upon arrival / on site you must fill in an authorization form for the down payment.- Enter your mobile phone number when booking so that we can contact you in this way in case of an emergency during your stay.- The facilities in this park are limited available in the early and late season and outside of school holidays.- Business bookings are not allowed.- Babies do not have to pay parking fees and bed linen.
