On this level there is the master bedroom and bathroom as well as the TV room. Sliding glass doors open up onto the covered porch, with a choice of sun lounger, armchair, outside table and chairs. From there outside steps take you down to the pool and garden as well as the garden apartment, which consists of a twin bedroom, en-suite shower room and a private covered terrace..
