What is in the villa?
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The guest is obliged to take out damage insurance through the agency to cover risks up to 5.000€ on the object. According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged.
