and outdoor dining facilities. Inside there is a living/dining area
with access to terrace and swimming pool, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms: a double bedroom with an
en suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms. There is a family bathroom
with shower and a family bathroom with W/C. Amazing sea and sunset
views can be enjoyed from the pool area. For the fans of golf, the
property is located nearby the Salinas de Antigua Golf Course
Living Room
The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and
Free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Garden sea
views.
Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating can be provided for an additional fee. If it
is required please contact Agni Travel for further assistance.
Additional Information
The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till
30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of
€100/ per week (please contact Agni Travel before your arrival).

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
