This traditional finca is located at the ravine of Tauro, only a 3 minute drive from popular beaches such as Playa del Cura, Playa de Tauro or Playa de Amadores and only a 10 minute drive from other beautiful beaches in the southern coust of Gran Canaria.
Villa Cayetana Tauro has been carefully refurbished in order to become the perdect holiday accommodation ideal for families. It counts on 3 double bedrooms with double beds and another ample one with two single beds, it also features 3 complete bathrooms with shower, one of them accessible from the outside. Capacity to accommodate up to 8 people.
It also has a wonderful kitchen very well equipped with oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and all utensils necessary during your stay. It overlooks the living room and seating area with a wide screen SmartTv with access to streaming services such as Netflix. Also, all bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (extra cost)
The best part of this lovely vacation home is its extensive outdoors area, built in a 1300m2 plot it features a large private swimming pool of 10m x 4.5m (heatable with a surcharge and recommended from November to April) surrounded by a gardened area with sunloungers to sunbathe and also an outdoor semicovered terrace with plenty of room for a BBQ by the swimming pool and overlooking the mountains.

Rectangular shape with stainless stairs to get in and out of the pool water, pool heating (optional service with a surcharge) and 1,50 meters deep, 8,5 meters long and 3,5 meters wide.

A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights, less than 28) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located in a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden and no parties or events of any kind are allowed.
** No smoking througout the property.
** Guests will be required to pay a deposit to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
** Air conditioning or heating is available with an extra cost.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge for the total duration of your stay.
** Late Check in available and on request entails extra charges
