Luxury Apartment with views of Sea and Teide
Luxury apartment ideal to relax and unwind, located in a very quiet urbanization, on a cliff just 150 meters above sea level, with spectacular views of the sea, the majestic Teide volcano, and with an astonishing panoramic view of all the towns of the north island of Tenerife. In its spacious 40-meter terrace / solarium, you can enjoy a tasty breakfast or sunbathe. The apartment is surrounded by a beautiful garden, it also has satellite TV and free wifi.
Luxury apartment located in a totally private and quiet urbanization in the municipality of El Sauzal. Apartment of 50 square meters with a terrace of another 50 meters. Tastefully furnished and decorated. The kitchen, together with the living-dining room, are in the same room, where the ceiling has wooden beams that give a homely touch to the room, and where at the back is a typical Canarian fully enclosed wooden balcony from which you can make any meal while enjoying its wonderful views. Balcony that is fully glazed and gives a lot of light to the entire room.
The apartment has a fully equipped bathroom and a bedroom. The bedroom is quite spacious with two 90-size single beds and a large window through which all the light enters. Its ceiling also has wooden beams which makes your stay warmer.
All the rooms of the house have a lot of light, and consist of tilt-and-turn windows with double glazing. Therefore, if it can be a little cold outside, the cold or noise does not enter the house.
The house has high speed Wi-Fi in all rooms. In the living room you have a flat screen TV with DTT.We also have a satellite dish and a decoder so that our foreign clients can watch their channels.
From its terrace, which is as wide as the apartment (50 meters) you can enjoy a wonderful sunset with its impressive views. The terrace is an ideal place to rest, read a book, sunbathe, have lunch, have a tea ... or whatever activity you want.
It also has a garden that is accessed from the terrace. We access this garden by a small wooden bridge where different native plants are planted.
The terrace is fully equipped with furniture for you to enjoy it.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a detached chalet, so please note that you need to climb stairs to access it. Then once inside the apartment, there are no stairs.
El Sauzal is a very quiet municipality that has all the basic services. The apartment is located 1 km from the center of the municipality, and before reaching the center 300-400 meters from it you have the Tasca El Riego where you can eat. Within the municipality it already has all the basic services: Bank, Supermarket, Bookstore, Church, etc ...
