Moreover, the bedroom has a queen-size bed, a fully equipped en-suite bathroom and another balcony.

The area is located in the city center and surrounded by landmarks. A few blocks to the north we find the Gran Vía Ave and the Plaza del Callao. Walking south you'll arrive to Plaza Mayor and San Miguel's Market where you can enjoy delicious local food. 2 blocks away we find the Plaza del Oriente with the Royal Theatre and the Royal Palace of Madrid.
Getting Around:
Two blocks away from Ópera metro station in Plaza España and three blocks from Santo Domingo metro station.

- VERY IMPORTANT SEPTEMBER 2024 - JULY 2025: Please be aware that there is an ongoing façade restoration work at the building, as it is a registered historic building of the city. The exterior is currently being painted and cleaned, with a few small sections being rebuilt at the top of the façade. The scaffolding will remain in place until June 2025.
- We accept pets at an extra fee.
- This property is only available for rentals of 32 days or more, following local regulations.
- Although the unit is surrounded by all type of public transportation facilities such as metro and buses, all attractions of the city center are walking distance due to its central location.
- The area is really central and the unit is located on the first floor, so it can get noisy sometimes.
