You can enjoy its lovely views overlooking the communal gardens and pool. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.
This apartment is located in United Golf Resort, in La Tercia, and the Resort is fully gated with 24 hr security and is maintained to a high standard. There is also off-street parking included.
La Tercia is a 20-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Mar Menor, San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar and Los Alcázares. It is approximately 30 minutes by car from the beautiful city of Murcia and the historic city of Cartagena. Balsicas is a 5-minute drive away and has a national train station that allows you to catch a train to Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante, and Cartagena.
The new Murcia International Airport (Corvera) is less than 20 minutes away by car and Alicante airport is approximately 1 hour away.
The Murcian culture is both diverse and interesting. With all surrounding towns to La Tercia still enjoying regular traditional fiestas and events. Practically every activity/sport you can think of is enjoyed here by many year round. With plenty of Golf, cycling routes (both road and mountain) historical walks/hiking, horse riding all within 10 minutes of the resort… even Skiing is possible in the winter, just a 2.5 hr drive away!
