If you are looking for peace and quiet and would like to spend your vacation in a vacation home in a wonderful secluded location, then this beautiful property is just right! Enjoy the spectacular view of the mountains and the wide valley. Ideal for hiking, mountain biking or just relaxing by the pool. On a plot of 27,000m2 your children can play and romp carefree. The access road is a bit adventurous and there are no road markings, however, the stay in this ground level house with beautiful terrace and cozy sitting areas compensates. The main house sleeps 4 people and the adjacent guest house sleeps 2 more guests. Ideally suited for several families or friendly couples. Approx. 25 km from the sea. The house is powered by solar panels. Heating is subject to additional costs depending on the gas cylinders used. Visit the famous town of Jijona, famous for its production of "Turrón" (a sweet made from almonds) or Alicante. The pottery town of Agost and the palm tree town of Elche should also not be missing from your vacation plans. For an extra charge, up to two dogs are welcome in the vacation home.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
