Leon Holiday Villa | Villa in Dottikon, Switzerland
12 m long heated outdoor pool - outdoor whirlpool - fitness area - infrared sauna with light therapy - 3 furnished terraces - large green garden outside the villa - barbecue - toys for the little ones - Netflix in the living room - very quite area with nice hiking trails. Therefore, guests can fully relax in the villa or be active in sports, as desired. Beautiful nature surrounding the house with several hiking trails complete the experience.
During the winter the villa offers perfect relaxation after winter sports thanks to the whirlpool, sauna and fitness area. Relaxing and chilling out in front of the fireplace in the leaving room makes the winter atmosphere in the house even more enjoyable. It takes less than 1.5 hours to reach the ski slopes by car and the first cross-country ski run can be reached in 25 minutes. Additionally lot of hiking trails can be reached in 5 minutes by foot.
Three bedrooms are on the top floor, with 2 rooms each having a 180x200 cm bed and the third room having a 140x200 cm bed. The fourth room with 2 beds (1 bed 140x200 cm and 1 bed 180x200 cm) is in the basement with daylight. There is also a baby cot available. Each bedroom has a television. There are total 5 TVs in the house. A very well equipped kitchen is also available.
The heated pool (12 mx 3.5 m) is open from middle or end of April (depending on weather) to 30th of September. The water temperature in the pool is usually between 26 and 28 degrees. The whirlpool is available during the whole year and is constantly 37-38 degrees, even in winter.
The house is located on a very quiet slope in a private dead-end street and is therefore very suitable for children. It is also suitable for dogs (EUR 15/day) because there is no traffic and there are many opportunities for walking in the beautiful nature.
There is one parking space in the closed garage. In front of the house there is further parking for 4 cars.
The house is a wellness house for a quiet and relaxing holiday. It is located in a residential area, which is why the guests have to strictly adhere to the quiet times specified by the canton of Aargau (from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.), as well as the night's rest (from 8 p.m. to 7.a.m.) The house is, therefore, only suitable for families, business people and groups of adults (30+). Groups of young people are not allowed; such bookings will be automatically canceled without any refund. There are two outdoor cameras which are covering the whole outdoor area of the house. Only the security company has access to the recordings.
Please note that visits are not allowed. Only the guests registered at the time of booking may be present in the house and in the pool area at any time.
