On the first floor of the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, living room with open planned kitchen, communal bathroom and the balcony.
Ideal sized living room has sofa for 6 and TV. Kitchen is equipped for 6.
First bedroom has 2 single beds with French balcony. Second bedroom has one large double bed with French balcony. Large size of the balcony on the first floor has the clear view of the pool, bar and sea.
Watching the sun going down to the sea behind the palm trees with the summer breeze and your favourite beverage from this balcony will make your holiday unforgettable.
On the top floor there is 1 double bed with en-suit and large balcony. Sunbathing is possible with a few sun loungers.
Beach and on-site facilities are easy to access from this apartment.
Apartment is in the complex called Sunset Beach Club. Complex has 277 properties (33 of them are the villas), 7 large communal pools, 3 kids pool, 2 main gates with 24/7 security, Turkish bath (Pay Local), restaurant & bar (Pay Local), little shop for essentials and private beach.

A mini shop where you can get your essentials such as water, bred, vegetables, etc. is in the complex.
Public buses are passing by around complex every 5 minutes.
Calis centre (bridge) is approx. 5 mins and Fethiye city centre is 15 mins by drive.
Taxi is easy to reach with the numbers provided or the taxi buttons located in the seafront gate.
Sunset Beach Club is seafront complex.
Getting The Villa.
Nearest airport is Dalaman International Airport.
Distance to villa from Dalaman Airport is 45km and takes 40 mins approx.
Car rentals from the airport is possible.
We offer private airport transfers with good quality cars.
Please note that;
• Because Calis area surrounded by mountains and trees, possibility of seeing insects are high. We are making sure that all of our properties are being checked and sprayed for the insects before every single arrival.
• Internet is provided by us and only available on the communal areas. Internet passwords will be shared on the arrival.
• Arrival and departure cleanings, usage of electricity, water and gas is included in the rental cost. Mid-stay cleaning will be provided by us once a week for the stays over 10 days.
• Some of the 3 bedroom apartments has 3 bathrooms.
