The Eaves is a second floor apartment in the village of Sandgate near Folkestone in Kent. The apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of two double bedrooms. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is limited roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and the beach is across the road. The Eaves is a fantastic beachfront apartment with stunning views for a family or group of friends to enjoy a memorable holiday. Note: No children under 14 years old. There is a residents parking scheme in operation, allowing two hours free parking and is free from 4pm to 10am. There is also free parking along the nearby esplanade which would require a 5-10 minute walk back to the property once parked.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner and underfloor heating in bathroom. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radios, WiFi, selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Note: This property does not accept guests under the age of 14.

What could be better than a day on the beach with a picnic while watching the ever changing seascape, relaxing with a good book in the warmth of the sun or beachcombing along the shoreline in search of hidden treasure!
