At the bottom of the garden is the water meadow leading to a river walk through alder trees. Abundant wildlife includes otters, deer, kingfishers and barn owls.
There are two double bedrooms, a family bathroom, along with a living room and a well equipped kitchen and dining area.
Only a mile from the beach at Thorpeness and two miles from Aldeburgh, Briar Hill is a perfect getaway yet only a short journey from local amenities
