After a long day soaking in the sights, the culture continues in this lovingly maintained example of Georgian architecture. Original cornicing, grand doors and windows, and curved walls frame the large, light rooms. However, modern pleasures are not forgotten as guests are treated to splashes of contemporary furnishing and all mod cons where it really matters.
The impressive living room greets you with sumptuous sofas, writing desk, and thoughtful decorative touches. Your entertainment needs are also met with TV, DVD player, and unlimited WiFi. Two comfortable bedrooms allow for a peaceful night’s rest. The large master bedroom has twin beds, plentiful storage, and an en suite shower room. A second bedroom has a double bed and chest of drawers. A family bathroom completes this delightful home from home.

When it comes to location, you really couldn’t ask for anything better. Nestled between The Edinburgh Playhouse, Omni Centre (Vue cinema, gym, family restaurants) and Broughton Street (independent bars, bistros and delis), your entertainment options are almost unlimited. Upmarket shopping street Multrees Walk – think Louis Vuitton and Harvey Nichols – is just a hop, skip and a jump away, as well as retail havens John Lewis, George Street and Princes Street. Last but not least, The Hart Residence has the added convenience of a tram stop, Waverley train station and Edinburgh bus station just around the corner.
This property doesn't come with free parking but there is limited paid street parking in local area for an additional fee.
This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

A central hallway leads to two bedrooms (one with en suite), family bathroom, living area, and separate kitchen diner.

Accessibility
This apartment is located on the ground floor, however there are two steps up to the main entrance door. Therefore, it may be suitable for the elderly or infirm but would not be accessible for wheelchair users.
