Having three bedrooms, two with en suites, a family bathroom and a large lounge area it is a very comfortable holiday home for either family or friends.
Little Hill is just over one mile away from the picturesque seaside town of Saundersfoot with its beautiful harbour, award winning beaches and many amazing restaurants.
The master bedroom has an ensuite with bath and toilet. The second bedroom also has an en suite with shower and toilet with both bedrooms boasting king size beds. The third bedroom is a lovely twin room.
The large lounge has two comfy leather sofas and an arm chair with a large flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all essentials needed.

When leaving the A48 in Carmarthen take the second exit onto the A40, at the next roundabout take the first exit continuing along the A40, at the roundabout take the first exit onto the A477, after nine miles take the first left after Rosemary Lane, after one mile turn left onto Summerhill, after one mile turn left onto Cliff Road, you will find Little Hill on your left.
