The Milk Shed is a smart single storey cottage converted from a barn on a small holding a mile from the Devon village of Plymtree. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and a single, with a shower room. The living area is open plan with a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen. Outside is an enclosed garden with picnic table, barbecue and caravan for children to play in, plus an open sided games barn. Dogs must be kept on leads on the grounds of the property due to livestock. With easy access to the M5, The Milk Shed is a brilliant base for enjoying an interesting Devon holiday.
Amenities: Underfloor heating. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. TV with DVD, WiFi, 4G Broadband.
Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent, please bring your own towels. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for two cars. One well behaved dog welcome, £25.00 pet charge. Enclosed garden with barbecue. Sorry no smoking. There is a welcoming basket of goodies on arrival
