This condo was newly renovated in 2017 with modern design and amenities.
Mind you (!) this is a 3-floor condo with spiral stairs, so steep and tight. However, guests staying on the bottom floor may easily access their rooms using the Elevator - getting off at the 2nd floor stop.

- Bedroom 2 - 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds total) with walk-in closet.
- 2 Bathrooms sharing one shower/tub.
Accessed by spiral staircase.. OR... Apartment # "201" via the elevator, 2nd fl.
The Pool House is only a few steps away.
Fireside is the only condo in Mammoth to feature an Indoor Heated Pool. There's also a hot tub, sauna, and game room with ping-pong and foosball.
Underground Parking - is a breeze. Heated garage with TWO designated spots. (additional guests spots may be available on a first come basis. )
The home is fully furnished and includes shampoo, conditioner and soap, towels, hairdryers, linen, bedspreads, blankets, pillows.
Fully equipped kitchen w all the tools, plus: pots, pans, muffin pans, chef's knife set, spice rack, coffee maker, Nespresso maker + 10 pods, electric tea kettle, blender, slow/pressure/rice cooker, etc, etc.
Starter set of coffee-tea-hot cocoa-cream-sugar, Pellegrino, one bottle each of Merlot & Chardonnay.
Place settings for 20+.
Washer /Dryer w laundry detergent, softener, iron & board,.

WEEKENDS - A Friday night stay must also include the following Saturday night.
X-MAS - 4 night minimum. Guests staying Dec. 19 or later must stay night of Dec 24.
NEW YEARS - Guests staying Dec. 30 must stay night of Dec. 31.
NO PETS - Please! -- I am especially severely allergic to dogs and have been hospitalized for that. Please no "surprises"
