A set of the living room windows are sliding glass doors that open up to the front patio. This stunning front patio is fully equipped with comfortable lounging furniture and a stainless steel gas BBQ grill. The first bedroom is located downstairs with a queen sized bed and close access to a full bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also another half bathroom on the first level.

Located at the end of Marine Avenue, you are truly steps away from all of the best shops and restaurants that Balboa Island provides. Once you are stuffed, rent some bikes and take a cruise around the island. The views of the water, homes and boats are unbeatable.
