The bottom level offers a fantastic game room, a bottom-level primary bedroom w/ queen & ensuite, and a washer & dryer. The second level is your main living space with a cute kitchen, rear deck, large living room, and powder room. The third level offers two primary bedrooms with two queen beds & ensuite and another queen bed & ensuite. The top floor/4th level provides a huge primary bedroom with a king bed & ensuite, double vanity, large soaking tub, and private rear deck.
LOCATION: Slightly over one mile to our famous Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk, super easy bike ride, and walking path available. The bike rental shop is just one block away, multiple restaurants are within walking distance, and our tax-free Tanger Outlets are less than 1 mile away.
PARKING: Private driveway for two cars.

THINGS TO KNOW: The garage is not accessible. Grills are not permitted in this community. Linens are not provided. However, the host offers a linen rental package. No pets and no smoking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host before checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
