Relax on the couch and admire the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. Or escape to the oversized, oceanfront, wrap-around balcony and take in the tranquil beauty of the sunsets. The beachfront master has new bedding as well as king-sized Paula Dean bed, including a brand new 42-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. Walk out your own private patio door to the spacious wrap around balcony to check to see if there are any dolphins playing in the surf. For your storage needs the master offers an enormous walk-in closet along with multiple drawer storage options. The master bath offers a luxurious, spa-like atmosphere with a relaxing whirlpool tub and spacious walk-in shower. The second master suite offers a spacious luxury 5 star hotel atmosphere including a luxuriously clad king sized bed with an additional twin sized sleeper bed in the relaxing chair and a half that is just perfect for enjoying the morning paper and a cup of coffee. This master has a brand new 42 inch flat screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. It also has its own spa-like bath including whirlpool tub and walk-in shower.
Additionally, included in your amenities, are a kitchenette with wet bar sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, counter-top oven, and microwave. The 3rd bedroom is designed with the family in mind. Great for adults or kids, this bedroom has a full-size bed on the bottom with an additional twin size bed on top. Multiple storage drawers are located in the bunk bed unit. The unit also offers a new full-sized washer and dryer should you need to fluff up those beach towels. The seasonally heated gulf front pool and hot tub will complete your stay in paradise! Condo can be rented as a 1, 2, or 3 Bedroom in the Off Season, (Fall and Winter).

Condo has a Ring Doorbell installed on exterior door. We do not tape the guests and is only activated if the doorbell is rang, in the event maintenance needs to do repairs.
