Landon by the Sea is a beautiful beachfront townhome conveniently located in Miramar Beach on Scenic Hwy 98 near shops and restaurants. This 2 bedroom-2 1/2 bath town home is located directly on the beach. The lower level has a fully equipped kitchen with new granite counters, new stackable washer/dryer, 1/2 bath, living room/dining room, TV, DVD, and porch that allows you to walk right down to the beach. The upper level features two separate bedrooms and two separate baths. The master bedroom has a King size bed and gulf-front balcony. There is also a King size bed in the guest bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the Living Room.
