Elegance and excellence are recurring themes throughout this lovely home. Vintage inspired décor and upscale furniture throughout the home create a calming and tranquil atmosphere that you’d expect from a classic Florida home. The front entryway combines antique furniture and modern décor to set the mood for the rest of the home. The open living room, with its high ceilings and tile floors, makes you feel like you’ve walked into a palace. The elegant sofas and plush armchairs around a sleek glass top coffee table create an intimate and quiet setting.
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinets, and contemporary stainless steel Viking appliances. An extended countertop doubles as a snack bar with classy barstools and plenty of space to enjoy a drink or quick snack. The open layout allows guests to mingle with family in the kitchen and living area without feeling cramped or crowded. An Additional sitting area right off the kitchen is an excellent place for coffee in the mornings or a big breakfast with the whole crew.
Towards the back of the house is the main family room. Two walls of massive windows create a seamless transition from inside to outside. The stunning furniture is placed strategically in front of the shiny flat-screen TV, so everyone gets the best seat in the house. Guests have admitted, however, that it can be hard to focus on a TV show when the view of the pool and the water from this room is so breathtaking.
The common areas in this home will make anyone feel like they've stepped into paradise, but the private bedrooms redefine luxury and relaxation. The master bedroom has a giant King size bed, quaint sitting area, antique dresser and wall mirror, and a small window overlooking the property. Soft and subtle hints of purple throughout the room will make you feel like royalty. A flat-screen TV is mounted across the room from the bed, right above the sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool. This private pool access makes sneaking out to the pool for a drink or a swim after everyone goes to bed a piece of cake. The gorgeous master bathroom will make you feel like you've stepped into a five-star spa. With a glass-enclosed shower, sparkling chandelier, black granite vanity and marble and glass accents, this romantic bathroom provide the space and amenities you’ll want after a long day at the beach.
The second bedroom is an elegant space with Queen size bed, vintage chairs and furniture and a floral theme. This bedroom also has a private bath with a stunning bronze vanity and plush bath towels.
There is a third bathroom in this home that features modern bowl sinks under stylish wall mirrors and a beautiful glass enclosed shower.
A favorite feature of this home is the seamless transition from indoor to outdoor. The large family room blends right into the shaded lanai, complete with wicker outdoor patio set and bar stools.
