Meticulously maintained, with updated bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Updated paint and decor May 2022! Relax on the lanai, overlooking tropical landscaping and the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include heated pool, tennis court, on-site property management, and beach items. Only 1 mile to the lighthouse. East end location offers easy access to enjoy island restaurants, shops and bike paths. 4-night minimum stay May 6 - December 31. 7-night minimum stay, (Sat- Sat) January 1- May 7. 25% discount off of daily rate with stays of 7 nights night or more.
