#4 18th Terrace is a pet-friendly, classic freestanding Tybee cottage built in 1938 (updated in 1995) with tons of charm. This home is tucked away on a terrace right off 18th Street, less than one minute from Tybee's Strand Avenue and a couple minutes' walk to the pier and pavilion. There is convenient beach access less than 1/3 block away at the end of 18th Street.

This home's main living floor has a large, covered porch with plenty of seating that overlooks the home's garden, filled with native flowers and even herbs. From the porch, you will walk into an inviting open living space that perfectly combines the kitchen, living area, and dining space. The fully appointed kitchen, the heart of the home, is perfect for preparing meals and snacks.
Cozy coastal bedrooms with vintage Tybee vibes.
You will find three of the cottage's bedrooms on the main living floor. The first bedroom, located off the kitchen, has a queen bed and attached full private bathroom. The second bedroom is a spacious retreat with a king bed. On the opposite side of the home is a third bedroom with two twin beds. Off the hallway separating these two bedrooms is a convenient full bathroom.
There is a bonus room located on the bottom level of this home with a futon and a full bathroom. (This is not an advertised bedroom.)
Spacious main bedroom suite with private ocean view sundeck.
On the home's top floor is a spacious main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and private access to the large sundeck that overlooks the Cottage Garden and offers a glimpse of the ocean. An antique desk provides the perfect workspace with a view. Completing this top-floor bedroom suite is a lounging area with sofas and TV.
Parking for two standard-size vehicles. Additional vehicles may park at our local rental office.
