This cozy and comfortable condo will work great for a small family or even a couple. The downstairs offers a kitchen, dining, and elevated living areas for guests to spend time together, watch TV or catch up on a good book. Upstairs, there is a large open bedroom with enough space for the whole family with its added twin bunk beds. The condo also offers an outside deck which showcases the resort scenery, and you'll have access to a shared heated pool!
Conveniently located at the north end of the Sunday River Ski Resort, this condo offers easy access to the Sundance Trail which will take you right to abundant skiing opportunities that the resort has to offer. After a long day of skiing, the Trail's End Restaurant & Tavern and Frank's Bar and Grille are both close to the condo.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
