Our condo is unique in that we are located in the only stand-alone building giving you more space and privacy.

• MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 30- Please understand this is not a “party” condo. Rental to responsible adults and families only. Our condo is situated among full time residents so being respectful of condo association rules including pool guidelines, trash disposal, parking regulations, and quiet hours is a must! On Site Security is available at Palisades.
• No trailer storage or boat ramp available on premises but several options close by that we will provide to you
Please Note: Not complying to association or owner rules may lead to eviction, loss of rental fees, and forfeiture of deposit fees. Any fees charged to us by the Homeowner’s Association will be charged to any guests not following the rules. Palisades Security will charge a fee of $500 if they are called due to any disturbances. The rules are put in place to keep this the beautiful, relaxing complex it is; they are mostly common sense. We have not had any issues. If you are looking for a gorgeous, peaceful lake front location with amazing amenities for you and your family, this is the place for you. If you are looking to party and raise hell, another location may be better suited for you!
