Summary:
Stay in our historical house close to broadway downtown Fargo! We're located just a 5 minute walk from broadway. With four bedrooms and plenty of parking for all this is the perfect spot for your group to stay in Fargo.

The Space:
**There will be construction happening this summer in the back yard. The house is fully useable during this time and they don't work on nights and weekends, but just be aware!**This is a historical house with many of the original features inside. There are four bedrooms, three of which have queen beds and one has a futon couch. There is also a couch in the living room for additional sleeping. With a full kitchen, dining room, and living room you'll have plenty of space for relaxing and preparing meals. There is a large jacuzzi bathtub upstairs as well as a separate shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the full house and back yard. The only area the guests don't have access to is the basement of the house, which is unfinished and scary.

The Neighborhood:
Out front is a fairly busy street (10th St N). The house is the only single family house on the block, surrounded by mid-high-end apartments and a few businesses. Conveniently there is a Casey's general store across the street and a Taco John's at the end of the block.

Getting Around:
If you drive, there is parking for 4-5 cars in the parking lot out back. Park directly behind the house. To get downtown it's an easy 5-10 minute walk. The best route is to walk south on 10th St to 2nd Ave and then take second avenue all the way to broadway. To walk to Fargo Brewing/701 Eateries, walk north on 10th Street and then turn left (west) on 7th Ave N. There are B Cycle stations at NDSU downtown, which is across the street to the east (across 10th street and on the opposite side of the block).
