Beautifully situated in the quiet north end of the resort, this home offers an array of modern conveniences, as well as access to the SHARC facility, an excellent aquatic center with shared outdoor and indoor pools, water slides, a hot tub, a tot pool, a lazy river, and a year-round tubing park.
This home provides every comfort in a serene setting with an open layout, warm wood accents, and high ceilings accented by skylights that let in the plentiful Central Oregon sunshine. Begin each morning on one of the two provided yoga mats, choose one of the eight bikes to take for a spin around the resort, and spend your evenings enjoying an impressive assortment of board games, puzzles, and Super Nintendo Classic games on the bedroom TV. Steps from the main living space, you will find a private courtyard with a gas grill and plenty of seating as you enjoy a meal nestled in the pines. Play a casual game of badminton in the spacious driveway with the provided game equipment.
The well-appointed kitchen is ideal for nightly dinners and special holidays, offering a stainless steel KitchenAid gas range, quartz countertops with an elevated breakfast bar, and a built-in beverage cooler. After an evening spent in the warmth of the gas fireplace, you can retreat to comfortable bedrooms, each with a cozy window seat. The private main suite has a deep soaking tub on its own end of the house.
You'll find this home on the quiet north side of the resort, where it backs up to green space frequented by passing wildlife. Head out on one of the dozens of miles of paved trails that take you through pastoral beauty en route to the shops and restaurants in the Village at Sunriver (two miles south). The Sunriver Marketplace is even closer a half-mile north, offering easy groceries and gas. Golfers can tee off at the nearby Woodlands Golf Course, while outdoor enthusiasts can kayak, raft, or fish on the Deschutes River along the western edge of town. Have a picnic at Fort Rock Park. World-class recreation in both winter and summer can be enjoyed at Mt. Bachelor, only 22 miles west of the resort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
