The Space:
Our one-bedroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Pittsburgh! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, full-sized appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy coffee. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
There is no parking included with this stay. There is metered street parking and a parking garage nearby at additional cost to you. We cannot guarantee proximity, pricing, or availability of parking options.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide smart TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
***Please Note: the A/C in this unit is controlled by the property and will not go lower than 72 degrees***
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Our suite is located within Downtown Pittsburgh's Cultural District, home to the dynamic art and entertainment scene. The 14-square block district encompasses over 90 retail shops, 50 dining establishments, seven world-class theaters, eight public parks and art installations and a dozen art galleries. You'll always find something fun to do or see in the awesome Cultural District. We're just a short 13 minute walk from Point State Park or a 9 minute walk to Market Square, home to giant chess, ping pong, and many other fairs.
Getting Around:
Given the popular location, walking or biking is very popular. There's a Healthy Ride station, Pittsburgh's popular bike-sharing service, just outside of the David L. Lawrence Convention Center which is a 2 minute walk to the east. Bus transportation provided by the Port Authority of Allegheny County is also available across the street.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
