This DIRECT OCEAN FRONT 3rd floor condo is a two bedroom that SLEEPS 6 PEOPLE, with a queen bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN has everything you would need to cook a meal on those days when you just want to relax at the beach. For your convenience, there is a WASHER/DRYER within this unit. Relax on the OCEAN FRONT BALCONY to the sounds of the sea and take in the breathtaking sights of our beautiful East Coast sunrises. Early in the morning, watch for dolphin playing in the waves while you enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Spend the day relaxing on our beautiful beach or hanging out at the onsite pool.

CHATEAU BY THE SEA IS LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH in the heart of the beautiful & tranquil city of North Myrtle Beach which is WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF MAIN STREET where you will find several restaurants, shops and abundant nightlife. Enjoy free music concerts every Thursday night in the summer at the Horseshoe on Main or take dance lessons at HAROLDS BEACH CLUB, home of Shag Dancing. Visit the world famous OD PAVILLION, the last open-air beach music and shag pavilion, directly on the beach.
You can ENJOY THE BEACH or THE MYRTLE BEACH AREA which features numerous CHAIN & LOCAL RESTAURANTS, GOLF COURSES, SHOPPING and ATTRACTIONS which are within minutes! Take a ride on the Pirate Ship, The Myrtle Sky Wheel or go dolphin watching on The Sea Screamer!
Go where the locals go! You have MURPHY'S ON THE OCEAN for lunch right on the beach & live music most nights. Next door is SNOOKY'S ON THE OCEAN which has a roof top bar, beach patio & inside dining. Try The "DUCK DIVE" Bar & Grill for a "grove bowl" or the best burger on the beach along with live music on their outside deck!
BAREFOOT LANDING is right on the Intracoastal Waterway & just a short drive away. Explore casual restaurants like Lucy Buffett's Lulu's to Greg Norman's fine dining, souvenir shopping to high end purchases, entertainment, attractions, free events and rides for the children. CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.
IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
