Wether you like to cook or bring back left overs from the iconic restaurants that are around the corner. Our very cute clean kitchen is here to suit all your needs. Pot and pans. Kitchen utensils are provided. Enjoy a hot coffee or tea. Microwave is also provided.
One thing we love about this area of town is that there is so much to do and see. Some of the most tastiest places to eat. Very hip and trendy coffee bars are close too. If you like to bar hop. South Lamar is your go to. Loads of cool bars that are just friendly and minutes away. (who doesn't like cheap and safe Uber ride)
Easy accessible to all major highways. Just incase you feel like being adventurous. Which is highly recommended. Take a short 20 mins trip to Lake Travis.
You will be able to access all of the apartment, pool, and patio.

NO PETS ALLOWED $500 fee
There will be an extra cleaning fee $300 for smoking, vomit or huge messes left behind.
There will be a $500 fine for any unauthorized guests or large parties. Extra fees for any damaged property.
There will be a penalty fee of $50 per person/per night for any extra guests that are not on the itinerary.
