Welcome to our studio apartment in Bayview Milwaukee!
Our home is a nice size studio apt with a full kitchen within a short walking distance to a number of fun bars, grocery stores, restaurants and the lake!
The Space:
FAST Internet, FREE street parking, LARGER studio apt, AMPLE workspace, with a SMART TV. The futon does fold down, it is not a pullout sofa.

The Neighborhood:
Milwaukee is the largest city in the U.S. state of Wisconsin and the fifth-largest city in the Midwestern United States. The seat of Milwaukee County, the city is located on Lake Michigan's southwestern shore and was incorporated in 1846.
Milwaukee is considered a ""Gamma −"" global city as categorized by the Globalization and World Cities Research Network with a regional GDP of over $107 billion.
Today, Milwaukee is one of the most ethnically and culturally diverse cities in the United States. Its history was heavily influenced by German immigrants in the 19th century and it became well known for its brewing industry. In recent years, Milwaukee has been undergoing its largest construction boom since the 1960s. Major new additions to the city in the past two decades include the Milwaukee Riverwalk, the Wisconsin Center, American Family Field, The Hop (streetcar system), an expansion to the Milwaukee Art Museum, Milwaukee Repertory Theater, the Bradley Symphony Center, and Discovery World, as well as major renovations to the UW–Milwaukee Panther Arena. Fiserv Forum opened in late 2018 and hosts sporting events and concerts. Since 1968, Milwaukee has been home to Summerfest, one of the largest music festivals in the world.
Getting Around:
We have free street parking in front of the home. Please pay attention to the signage.

Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:
1. What brings you into town?
2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?
We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.
We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.

We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
HOUSE RULES:

We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
Must 21+ to book
No parties/smoking in the home ($500 fine) If house rules are broken, guest forfeits their right to leave a review. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night). $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly! If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction. Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.

-Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
