When the weather's nice, jog or bike along the Oak Leaf Trail or spend the day at Bradford Beach. And on rainy days, you won't have to venture far to get all of your essentials, with quick service food and convenience stores located within 2 blocks.
The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed plus flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building which does not have an elevator, and stairs are required in order to access the building.

- 5 minute drive to St. Mary's, Bradford Beach, and North Ave bars and restaurants

Parking:
- Parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood
- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Bartlett Ave, Linnwood Ave, and Newhall St, but not allowed on Locust St
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights including Saturday which isn't enforced). Just call the city on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a remote confirmation in 5-10 minutes. For more info, search online for "Milwaukee night parking permission" and choose the first result
- If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration
Other things to note:
- This apartment is located in a vintage building that may lack the bells & whistles of a luxury building or may need more TLC from time to time. However, we've recently made updates to the interior and, as always, we'll do everything we can to make sure you have a wonderful stay!
- The single key provides access to the building doors and the apartment door. If you experience any issues, try to jimmy/wiggle the key left/right and in/out and it will unlock with a few tries
Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit
House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $40 charge for unreturned keys
