Positive: The location was fantastic-beautiful view of the water even though we were a distance from it, and lots of space on the balcony, which wrapped around. Also a small grill allowed us to BBQ one night, which was nice. A/C in each room, 3 full-size beds plus 2 twins, and 2 bathrooms (one with a tub, the other had a shower, no tub). Good size for a group (there were 6 of us-all adults). Check in process was simple and parking was available.
Negative: This place was not nearly as clean or kept up as we were expecting or would have liked. The stove had one burner that worked, the space above the dishwasher (just below the stove top) had not been cleaned and there were old bits of food, grains of rice, etc. No soap in one bathroom, and the balconies were not tended to. One shower had to be tied in place by someone in our group. The BBQ grill had feathers all over it when we arrived. And the view outside the master bedroom was really bad, with bird droppings everywhere, and also "junk" in the space. Extra bedding was not visible (comforters) so first night was freezing with A/C on with only a sheet on one of the beds. Next day we found the bedding in another room and everyone was able to have a comforter. Bedding should be available in each room, and ample towels and a floor-mat available for each bathroom (shower curtain was short so water got all over the floor the first time-put towels down later to prevent this). Couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature on the fridge, and had difficulty with the remotes for the A/C (oh, at at least one was missing the back cover). Listing needs to specify what is and isn't included: coffee, tea, which appliances, etc. Kitchen could use a metal spatula (egg/pancake turner), and some of the furniture was old, sagging, and had been repaired. Outdoor sofa was ripped up, perhaps from birds.
Summary: The view was beautiful, plenty of space for our group, but it needs a good cleaning and some repairs
